Any such communication is not to be combative or argumentative in any way. This includes verbal & non-verbal communication.
-Referees will give a verbal warning the first time they violate this rule. The second infraction will result in a Technical Foul assessed to offending coach.
-All technical fouls called by a student referee due to inappropriate behavior, or by an adult referee in defense of a youth referee will result in 2 points being awarded to the opposing team, along with the opposing team given possession of the ball at half court.
-As per the PIAA rules, any coach assessed a technical foul must remain seated for the remainder of the game. A second technical foul will result in ejection and an additional one game suspension.
-Additional infractions will result additional suspensions or permanent league banishment.
